What can I do about a front pin cable that does not line up with mobo?

I have a proprietary case that has a front pin cable that I would like to connect to its replacement motherboard. The front pin cable (power settings/hd lights/speaker/reset etc) does not line up with the pin setting on the motherboard.

What are my options if I want to use this case? Thanks!
