What can cause this effect?

Hi!
I have a Geforce3 Ti200 (Leadtek) and when I overclock it I get different effects from time to time.
I always had "screen-lock-ups" if I overclock the GPU or the memories too much so that I now. But lately I have got another effect, if I overclock the card (think its when I o/c the memories - not sure though) and run 3Dmark2001 all the colors goes crazy but 3DMark2001 continues. But when it is finished and "goes back" to Windows it still is flickering and I cant see a sh*t... so the only thing to do then is to reboot.

What do you think that effect can be caused by (of course the o/c), usually 3DMark2001 "hangs" and that I'm used to, but why does it do like this?

This started after I put cooling H/S on the memories, which made it possible to o/c more.

It sounds like you are overheating.... I know you just put on heat sinks and all, but .....

Anyway, try to find a way to move more cool air around that card and out of the case.

If no luck, you are probably just gonna have to tame down the settings a little bit.

(double check that sink installation)
