what can be done about a local business that spams?

this stupid restaurant keeps spamming me with ads from an aol address. how can I get it to stop? there is no unsubscribe and they don't reply to emails.
 
Here in Baltimore we used to have a local lawyer turned reporter named Dick Gelfman. If someone like you sent him this story, he would take a crew out to the business, stick a camera in the owner's face, and start asking him why Company X was violating the law and harrassing citizens. Couple days later "Get Gelfman" would do the story on the 6 PM news telling the entire city what a schmuck the owner of Company X was, ending with a complaint filed to whatever authorities were appropriate.

Maybe you've got a Gelfman in your area 🙂
