whats the max video card it can power, with maybe a minor video card?
please list current video cards for sale TODAY

and if you think you have a prtty good idea of future video cards' power consumption, please list those too, as i'm not planning on building this right away.

Assuming it has a healthy portion of it's juiced dedicated to 12v power it shouldn't have a problem with any current graphics card, especially if you go Core2.

If it fits I think it should be fine; but if you can find the specs for the PSU, the 12v rail specifically I or somebody else should be able to give you a definitive answer.

But are you sure you want/need to go with the SFF Shuttle route?

I?ve only built one Shuttle (nForce3 based) (actually helped out a friend with his first build) but wasn?t very impressed.

For whatever reason it didn?t support AMD?s Cool n? Quiet so it ran hot and rather loud despite the moderate CPU and GPU. The board was used OST caps exclusively; not exactly confidence inspiring.

He just recently swapped out the Shuttle for a Lian Li V600 (very nice) and a AOpen nForce3 board (all Rubycon caps).
