I didn't see an Anandtech display buyer's guide so thought I'd ask here. With $150 to spend and looking for a 22-27" monitor, what looks good?
My requirements are fairly simple; I don't need extreme resolution or response times, but need a non-glossy surface to keep the house lights from reflecting in my eyes. After that, something that doesn't ghost when dragging windows around and as much resolution as feasible is what I'm after.
No heavy gaming on this and I can live with a 22" size. I'd like a brand that's known for at least good quality, not a junk OEM, though I realize that all brands are capable of putting out a stinker or two.
Not sure about IPS or whatever else is out there; the more I read about the various display types the more I get confused.
Open to suggestions, and thanks!
