What program that is similar to AutoCAD with out the added bloats?

I?m looking for a simple CAD/Vector drawing program to create basic orthographic and isometric drawings for plumbing/electrical (piping/wiring).

I use AutoCAD for architectural and I can't see anything doing things more efficiently or intuitively.

The nice thing about CAD is the keyboard commands; most programs make you click toolbars and stuff. It really tires out the clicking hand. I'm now ambidexterious because of it. 🙂
