What C++ Book

I would like to get a book that teaches C++ to someone with no previous programming knowledge. What book would you recommend?

Ok. Personally, I think C++ might be somewhat difficult for someone with no other programming knowledge but here are some books you could look into. I have the "Teach Yourself Visual C++ in 21 days" and I like it.
