What burning progy can I use to burn .img images?

.img files are CdClone files or images. You can use www.daemon-tools.org
get d-tools and mount the .img to the virtual drive then use Nero to burn it to a CD.

edit: Alcohol (the program) and CDMate can also burn .img images
 
With Nero, try typing *.img into dialog box. It'll let you select the file, although I don't know if it'll burn correctly.
