Kinda hard to tell from just that. I think the easier way to do it is to take out the CD-RW and jot down the numbers/model on the drive and search on Google. Cendyne used to sell rebadge Lite-On drives but I haven't been keeping up with tech news lately so they might be using someone else. How are the drives plugged in? Both optical drives on secondary channel (one set as master, the other as slave)?
Turns out it was a Benq 4816P model. It is crap up to this point. I told my friend to check the firmware and alos update his Nero software but I have yet to hear back from him. Both drives or on IDE2 regular is master, burner is slave. From what little research I did these Benq's are crap. He already threw the box out so I doubt Office max will take it back too.
