I'm both baffled and annoyed by UPS's position?never mind the snarky attitude?that its resolution of the claim was none of my business. You're too smart to be sucked in by those eBay scammers with zero feedback or too-good-to-be-true offerings. You know your way around PayPal; you know your rights as a buyer, and you know how to be a good seller. So do I. You see an opportunity, you bid aggressively, do a little last-minute sniping, win your prize. So did I?or so I thought.

Well I bet UPS won't be so happy that such an article like that is on PC Magazine, both online and on the month magazine. That's were I found it.
Maybe UPS will write the editors back with a response.

Personally, I have never have had a problem with UPS, Fedex, DHL... only with the Post Office.
