What broadcaster should i use

I just bought a pc camera and i was trying to broacast or do vedio chat, please suggest some cool sites.

For video conferencing use netmeeting its not very good, but theres nothing better. For broadcasting, if you have a fast pc 800+mhz use microsoft's windows media 7 encoder otherwise try camarades which still gives very good visual quality.
