What brand of coffee do you like?

Chaotic42

I don't see how people drink that Folgers and Maxwell House crap. The only brands I can stand (that I've tried) are CDM and Community.

How about you?

BTW: I was AMAZED when I drove back to Missouri a few years ago to find that espresso shop are NOT on every corner in the states between Oregon and Missouri. I played HELL trying to find a decent cup of coffee on my drive across country! Is the proliferation of coffee shops (GOOD coffee shops) just a Coastal thing?

There's probably something in the Bible about how fresh grinding and steam-brewing aren't "natural," that God intended coffee to come from a can and be made in a big metal percolator. God-Fearin' Folk for Folgers! 🙂

Community Coffee is GARBAGE. That sh!t is just...nasty! BTW, considering it costs maybe 10% more than Maxwell House, did you really think you were getting a decent mean? It's the same crap that Foldgers and Maxwell House use, in a bag instead of a can.

Cafe Bustelo and Pilon. I was thinking of trying out some Kona Coffee but dont know which brand to get. I hear the hawaiian stuff is nice.

I get mine from a local roast house/coffee shop. Don't have a favorite, but like it as black as Barbara Streisand's heart.

basilisk420 is onto something.........the coffee has to so black that you cannot see your spoon in the coffee

FoBot - maybe thats why youre always so cranky!!!😉

Chaotic42 knows what my answer is.........as I live in the hometown of Community Coffee, the greatest:heart:

I start with french roast beans. They are stored in a food saver vaccum lock container to keep that nasty oxygen from ruining the beans. Then use filtered water out of a culligan water purifier. Grind them up and enjoy. I would go broke buying 4 dollar cups of coffee every day. I think the quality of water and fresh ground beans is just as important as the brand of coffee.

I drink some sort of coffee called "Simply the Best Gourmet Coffee". There's no brand info or anything on it and i dont even know if thats the official name of the coffee, but got damn, its delcious!
