i guess atot just doesn't like sony i personally can't stand the idea of buying their more expensive memory sticks, so any sony camera i'd even consider would have to be that much better in every other way to compensate for that huge strike against it. probably many other geeks that don't like being forced to use propriertary media either, but general public probably thinks about the memory after they've already bought the camera.
