What brand are the 9800 NP's in Dell comps?

I have a Dell pulled 9800 NP with Samsung 3.3 on mine (does not lend itself to overclocking ). I believe they are ATI-branded cards (built by ATI).

arent these 9800 TX cards clocked lower than regular non pros?

Lets say I get the 3.3 ns ram. Is this thing still gonna be better than my TI-4200??

As far as the TX thing goes, I remember seeing those being offered at Dell...but the one I got doesn't mention anything about being a TX.
