What Board?

I just need a cheap, reliable board for development. I've never bought a brand name PC. I've got a big ATX tower with a nice 350W PS. I don't need graphics, except great 2D and multimedia. I usually have a lot of devices, so I want full ATX. I've got a Celeron D320 2.4GHz and an old 32MB MX200, 256MB DDR 3200 (soon to be 512MB) DVDRW, CDRW, modem, firewire, 2 x 80GB IDE drives. I want something reliable, compatible, that will run with my D320. That's a ton of power for me. I use a P3-550 running Mandrake 10, a Celeron 1.7, and an old P4-1500 for other stuff... What chipset? What board is really reliable and cheap?

Look for a km400 chipset for socket a. They start at $44 in pricewatch. Then use any socket a you desire. I just sold a duron 1.6 with board for $35 yesterday. I even threw in a heatsink. Some boards might even include a bios update for using the new sempron, but it's not that much faster than the old duron.
