what bitrate do you guys encode in?

320Kbps VBR with LAME and EAC. If you're doing MP3 encoding and want a good balance between size and quality, it's the ONLY way to go.

Me too. And I name my files: Artist - Track - Title with no underscores. And I keep everything in the mp3 format even if there are better alternatives just because it is the standard so-to-speak and for consistency.
 
I prefer to post....er ENCODE in the Ogg Vorbis WMA Transcoder SOFTWARE FORUM format.

It gives me a POST IN THE CORRECT GODDAMN FORUM lossless compression algorithim that is much better than POSTING IN THE WRONG GODDAMN FORUM.

So, as you see; you suck.
