What Bios?

I just bought my msi k7tpro2. What bios are you all using. I see on their site they have a beta for overclockers and ver 2.0 as their latest. Do any of you use that livebios that came w/ the motherboard? How do you know if it works? I clicked on it and it opened up IE and it didn't do anything (just detected that I had IE running). Is this what it's suppose to do? Ahhh this is frustrating!
