I don't want to reboot to get a full list, so I wanted to ask you guys first if you could find out and tell me (nothing overclocked or the like, but I would like to know what AGP frequency the card runs at. I have it set at "auto")
because eariler yesterday I turned on "video ram cacheable" which gained me a couple frames (atleast 6-10) which was pretty great. so I felt like I could gain some more. (the strider battles give me 20-30 on my specs that I have discussed before. Geforce 6800 standard, amd 2500+, 512 mb) I looked at specs for this card, and anandtech got 82 fps on average on the strider battles (which is, the slowest level in the game. loads of explosions and striders). now, they had an amd 4000+ 64 bit, and 1 gig of ram. and they didn't use AA/af (I use 4x af), but I don't think that means I should get 50-60 less fps then they do
So I was just wondering, what bios settings should I turn on/off? since I upgraded from a geforce 2 mx400, I probably have some things left on that do not belong. or probably things outside the bios.
Also, whats funny is that my manuals are for a "geforce 6800 ultra" and the quick instalation guide is for a geforce 2..I already told XFX about this, they'll send me a new one.
I already have another topic related to my videocard preformance, but I don't feel like reviving it. since it's not about this question..
