What bike do you ride and what's your insurance cost?

I just had to "renew" my insurance on my motorcycle yesterday....policy from Progressive laspes tomorrow. I've got a 2002 Honda Nighthawk 750 and full coverage from Progressive, w/$100K/300K/50K liability and $250 ded. on comprehensive/collision was $353/year. Just signed up with Markel American Ins. with same coverage limits for $162/year.

Who're you insuring through and what do you ride?

I got an insurance quote yesterday for a 2000 Yamaha YZF600R (that I don't own) out of curiosity, from Progressive, and they wanted $642/year for liability, $2486 for comprehensive w/ $500 deductible.

BMX.... free. The bike was $20 though.

I was curious about Markel so I got an estimate on a 2003 Suzuki (which I don't and won't own) GSX-R1000. $1,153 for full coverage for a year. Guess that wasn't too bad then.
