What better place to enjoy a Sausage Festival!!

I picture a couple of guys walking around there saying, Dude, this is a sausage fest........
 
I like to put them in a pan covered with tomato sauce and bake it at 300 or so for a few hours, keeps them tender and flavors the tomato sauce 😛
