What benchmarking tools do I need?

MSI Neo2 Platinum NF3 Ultra
Athlon 3000+ Venice
1GB (2X512) Kingston ValueRam
Asus Radeon 9550 GE
WD Caviar 80GB SATA
NEC 3520A DVD-RW

What benchmarking tools do I need to make sure everything works OK?

Memtest 86
Sandra

If they all pass then you should have a relatively stable system.

which one should I use? the last one for all of them?

the latest for all of them. However, if you want some ego stroking get 2002 versions if you can find them and watch those bars sail past the "top end" comparison system, LOL
