What benchmark scores sound right for this comp?

I know that much, believe you me, sir. The only comp I've ever owned with onboard vid was my first "good" computer, my pentium 100 dell. It had an s3 chip for video. That computer was dude'ster radical. I played all my first awesome games on it, like doom 2, duke 3d, quake, blood, quest for glory, all sorts of crap. That computer was the shit. But ever since then I've had a vid card seperate. I know today's applications are a tad more demanding graphics wise. Just take, for example, the CPU test on futuremark vs. the first videocard accelerated ones. The difference is phenomenal.

However, none of this solves my predicament: My computer is performing below what it should be. Help?
