What became of the COD lawsuite ?

Did anyone follow the law suite with COD after what his name was fired just before bonus were paid ? If so what was the outcome ?

Since I never heard anything of it, I'm going to guess settlement with agreement not to disclose amount.

Last I heard about a month ago is that it was still ongoing.

I don't think they've actually gone to trial yet, but as far as I know it's still scheduled.

It is still on going... these things take years - and by then Activision would greese the Cash Cow COD series for every last drop and the settlement would be just candy money to them by then...
