What bank provides the best online banking services?

I'm moving to south suburbs of Chicago. I've heard of three major banks in the area (Bank One/Chase, Bank of America, and Washington Mutual) that provide free online banking with billpay. Which of these banks have the best online banking services? Are there any other banks I should be looking into?
Your input is appreciated.
 
I know you didn't mention it, but I use Citibank and their online banking is great. Plus, they have some deal where you get a free ipod mini if you fund your account with X amount of dollars and pay your at least 2 bills online for 2 months.

Unfortunately, I can't find a Bank of America or Citizens within 15 miles.
I will still need to deposit the occasional check, so convenience is still a factor here.
 
I don't live in the south Chicago area, but I've heard quite a bit from sources in the area...

I've heard that Bank of America is horrible.... can't remember why
Haven't heard anything about Washington Mutual
Have not heard anything bad about Bank One / Chase (in Chicago; they did some dirty things to my brother here in Columbus)
And if you're looking for a small bank with that personal touch, go with Grundy Bank (previously Grundy County Bank)
 
BoA has great online billpay. The only time I ever had a problem with them is when I moved from Texas to CA and they really messed things up.
 
Yeah, I wish there was a BoA near me. It's looking like it's going to be between Bank One/Chase or Washington Mutual. Learning towards WaMu. If anything it's more fun to say.
 
I will be an impartial judge in this contest. Everyone give me thier online banking sites with usernames and passwords, and I'll judge the best one.
 
The best bank I was ever with was Busey when I was in Champaign-Urbana. I think it's regional, and I'm not sure it extends as far north as Chicago.

I was with Bank of America when I first moved out West. I hated them. I don't think they're in the Midwest anyway.

I use Citibank now. Free online billpay, great access, and decent coverage of ATMs in Los Angeles. I like them.
