...like these?
(BTW, I am in So. Cal.)

Though I appreciate all suggestions, actual store names based on firsthand knowledge that they actually carry grommets is the most useful to me.

Thanks.

That's a good one. They do not have the size I am looking for (2 3/4") listed on the website, but maybe they have them in the stores.

I would, except these holes are in walls and are somewhat visible. The WAF of the uncovered holes is very, very, low.

Wife Acceptance Factor. Very important for any male-initiated changes in the household.

I've bought them at Lowe's B&M. They were at the end of one of the aisles.

Lowes, Home Depot, etc. THeir websites all suck though so don't bother searching. Just go there.

The Home Depot website is crap. It's absolutely useless for checking in store stock.

We carry one size in the electrical department, but I forget which size it is (probably only 2"). It should be with all the telephone accessories (wallplates, cords, etc).

Fixed.

OP: Go to the HD or Lowes in person and look for them.

As it turns out, I know that I will be driving by a HD tomorrow, so I will stop in and have a look-see.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

I went to HD today. HD carries them, but does not carry the sizes I need (2 3/4" and 2").

Bummer.
