Im looking for one in particular that starts with a G but I can't think of their name for some reason. So what are some cool Christian bands you know of? And list what genre they are.

I don't like the message of most christian bands, but I enjoy the music of Zao.

Christian girls are hot!!!!!!!

I think you mean Sixpence... unless you are attempting a joke here, in which case it was poorly executed.

It was my poor memory. I knew it didn't sound right when I wrote it.

Check out "South of Heaven" by Slayer.

Check out "Morbid Tales" by Celtic Frost.

Check out "Nightmare" by Venom.

That should put you on a nice, comfy, warm and fuzzy start.

Pedro the Lion
Zao
Sunny Day Real Estate (okay okay, but the lead singer is a christian so that should count for something)
Dear Ephesus
Craig's Brother
Project 86
Extol

Edit: oh yeah, and Phil Keaggy (although I don't care for his music so much) can rock that guitar like nobody's business)
Edit #2: Also, the G bank you're looking for might have been Grammatrain, they were a pretty rad grunge band from a few years back, I went to their last show before they broke up.

is 12 stones considered 'christian' rock? i know a lot of their songs are faith-based.
