What ATI card does this?

Actually, which is the cheapest ATI card that has an"S" video output and an AC3 5.1 Dolby Digital audio output? No need to start the ATI-GeForce arguments. This card is for DVD playback and video applications.

If there is an ATI card that does "AC3 5.1 Dolby Digital audio output", it would be the AIW Radeon. I don't know if that has it though.

any links or anything? the ATI website has conflicting info. one chart sais the 32MBDDR has both and another sais no. ??

I think the ONLY ATI card that has a DD output is the Radeon AIW. None of the Rage 128 or Rage 128 Pro cards have that.

Here are a couple links:
AIW 128 Pro
"Connectors:

PC monitor: 15-pin VGA
Stereo audio, S-video and composite video inputs
S-video and composite video outputs
External stereo audio connection to sound card's line input "

AIW Radeon
"Connectors:

PC monitor: 15-pin VGA
DVI-I output (VGA monitors connect through DVI-I to VGA adapter - AGP version only)
Stereo audio, S-video and composite video inputs
S-video and composite video outputs
External stereo audio connection to sound card's line input
Dolby® Digital stereo audio output (S/PDIF) "

Um, have you been reading along? Looks like the Radeon All-in-Wonder is the ONLY card that has the features you are looking for in a single card.

How about getting a Rage Fury Pro VIVO for $65 and a $25 sound card that has a digital output?

Yes, but even at the ATI website, in a comparison chart it lists the 32MB DDR RADEON w/out the DD but in a faq it says it does, then on the spec sheet it says no. the 64MB DDR has both (according to the spec. sheet) i guess i'll have to go w/ the 64 since its cheaper than the AIW. i was just hoping to find someone who had a card w/both and knew for sure. thanks for all replys
