What are your pre temps to overcloking a core i7

Right now using core temp my temp are at 36,31,33,33 these seem kind of high to me what about everyone else what are your pre temps before you overclock
 
Your idle temps look fine. What are your loaded temps with something like prime95 or Intel Burn Test or some other overly stressful app.
 
that seems normal, mine IIRC were right around 30 idle before I oced mine. this was in the winter so ambient was cooler
 
Temps seem fine so far....Now crank the baby up and test away. Try to keep below 70 during severe testing as normal use will not be that high.
 
Only time u look at idle is for mounting reasons.

To see if you have a fubard mount.

After that the only way to tell if your OK in OC, is to load it up 100% @ OC and where it goes.

There is no way someone can eyeball your idle temps and go that is a good temp for OC without load values.
