I ran across a PC hardware website called Crazy PC. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this site and if it is a good place to buy some parts.

I guess this is another thinly-disguised ad. Why in the hell would you order from this place instead of a well-established vendor like ZipZoomFly, NewEgg, etc.?

CrazyPC has been around for several years I ordered a couple items from them a couple years ago seams like a small time operation but service was decent.

Because CrazyPC sells a lot of cool cases and mods that big venders like ZZF and the Egg don't. I looked at this site myself when I was shopping around for my computer...in the end I didn't get anything from them (I didn't have to) but they've got a lot of cool stuff (for the right price) and I usually keep them in mind when shopping for weird case mod things. I wouldn't be afraid of ordering something <50 bucks at first just to test them out.

Hmm I'd have to agree that their prices aren't so good. I was browsing the site for some of the things I currently need (cables) and some of their cables are a few dollars more than anywhere else. But their prices on more expensive things (cases and heatsinks) are pretty much dead on.

It looks like I'll be ordering my next installment of crap from Performance-PCs...they've got everything I need (Maze4 GPU waterblock, Vantec ramsinks, cables :p) for a great price too. I originally got my Lian Li V1000B from these guys, so I trust them with expensive stuff.

because people know how to use search engines...and i REMEMBER looking for a XP-120 or XP-90 and they had a FAR better price than newegg at least for this particular HSF. Otherwise for cooling stuff etc. i usually buy at SVC.

Newegg is not ALWAYS first choice :)

Hi,
I have ordered a water block from them before,
pretty efficient with the customer service and ships internationally,
overall a pleasant transaction.

they are from Michigan btw.

From your comments, it looks like this might be a good site to buy one or two parts from (such as modded items that the big vendors don't sell) but obviously not an entire system.

No, it isn't. Just look at all of the posts he has made here. He just seems to want peoples opinion on everything.
