What are your healthy snack foods?

What do you guys do when you have munchies but want to keep it healthy? 😉

Oh yea I forgot to list mine:
Cliff bars
Fruit/vegetables
oatmeal
pretzels
cut deli turkey
canned tuna
water 😀

One of my favored snack foods is beans. I get them in dry bulk, then cook them in quantity and munch on them for the next couple days.

Also, apple slices with peanut butter, any canned fruit/vegetable, mango and cantoloupe are great when watching a movie, all followed by a tasty cigarette.

VeggieFrog was home recently and got me turned on to these baked, all natural Veggie Chips. And she got my drinking organic soy milk!

Goes nice with the Marlboro!
😉

Ugh.. whats the point. I have trouble believing that people still smoke, untill I see it with my own eyes.

I have been living off Easy Mac, Hot Pockets, Skittles, Goldfish, and Cheez-It for the past 4 days because of finals... Oh and a week old pizza. Long live my high motabelism.

Carrot Sticks with a dip of some sort.....Try to watch out for the fat content of the dip... you can make your own with nonfat sourcream and the seasoning of your choice....ranch dill etc..

Microwavable soft pretzels dipped in mustard....

Tuna salad made with nofat/lowfat mayo on crackers is pretty good but, I get burned out on Tuna real quick and then can't eat the stuff for months.....Watch out what crackers you get....

If you look pretty hard you can find a couple of brands of chicken nuggets which aren't too bad for you....

I'm also cracked out on Wasabi peas, not the best for your but, better than a lot of things....

Dried Fruit without added sugar, and fresh veggies and fruits are good.......

One thing, I have really gotten into recently is buying a big bag of frozen fruit, and putting it in a blender with one or two types of juice....and making smoothies.....

It's really easy, really good for you and it tastes great.....and the fruit will go along way if you can learn to measure your portions out good....

Could probably think of more if I thought about it for a while...
