I purposefully excluded living beings and intangibles. Those really aren't possessions unless you're in a slave country or have a somewhat strange philosophy.

Yeah, same here, but I'm not a collector and there's nothing I own that I'm particularly attached to. I'd have to say my most prized possessions are probably some photos of family, friends and events in my life; those, and a couple of other things that have sentimental value.
