i like all kinds of corn

In the summer we make - Roasted Corn Salad
Grilled corn on cob then cut off the cob
roasted Anaheim peppers then peeled & chopped
Fresno chiles diced
Red bell pepper diced
Everything goes into a frying pan with salt & pepper and butter mixed together

(1) Pasta. (Italian -or- Asian style)

(2) Sushi. (salmon and sea-urchin/Uni in particular)

(3) St Louis pork ribs.

So essentially ALL foods that need to be limited once you get old. (yes even the sushi thanks to the white rice/empty carbs and soy/salt)

I like them all.
this is a silly thread.
I love seafood, but also pizza, BBQ, sushi (which, let's be honest, it's mostly just rice). Name any one uisine and i'll tell you a whole bunch of amazing dishes i could eat every day.
Escargot A La Bourguignonne?
Rillettes du Porc ?
Confit de Canard?
Kouign amann?
That's just french food. Croatians have Scampi Na Busaru, Paradisott, various types of suhno meso that are amazing. Italians have their polenta and sausages, Pasta & Fagioli, Carbonara, Amatriciana.
'Mmuricans have some amazing food, i won't lie. BBQ beef ribs, full size, are to die for. I love clam chowder, can't get enough of Maine lobsters (although melted butter can fuck right off), and we need to remember that they basically invented fried chicken.
Then you got gumbo and all that creole shrimp stuff, brisket, and all those low&slow BBQs which are unique to the US.

Lots of things I used to eat that I don't now. I could, just don't because (those pounds I want to lose, more than anything). Just realize they kind of blow my diet. I eat healthy, but do allow myself A things that are less than ideal to say the least. I'm disciplined about those.

I eat a salad every day.
A treat
Coffee
Favorite chips (~1.65oz, I weigh them!)
One DIY pizza a week
I used to make these cookies every day (helped me get over a GF): They're tiny and made with banana bread dough with lots of nuts. Still make them once a blue moon.
