What are your comments on products from Noise Control?

Hi!

I have a very noisy computer and I'm planning to get a new power supply and cpu cooler.
The power supply is a 350w Noise Control with a special PAPST cooler running at 1500rpm.
The cpu cooler is Silverado 50 MkII which should be very silent and effective.
Do you have experience in these products, then please comment!
I know the harddisk etc. is also making alot of noise, but that's my next project.
