What are your Abit KT7 Raid & Duron overclock settings in the bios?

I just got my Duron 600 to o/c to 1 gig on my Abit KT7 Raid. Looking in the BIOS, I noticed a ton of options for RAM, speed options, etc...I was wondering what ppl were generally using to optimize their setups.

You'd want Turbo, CAS 2, 4 way interleave for your RAM settings idealy. Although you'll probably need some quality RAM to achieve that at high speeds.
