Last year was a cheating husband. Worked well.
Lipstick on cheek, messy hair, loose tie, off-buttoned shirt, lingerie in pocket, hicky on neck, etc.
 
I was going to go as Lola the Transvestite from the song.
I was going to stuff a sock in my pants/skirt, put a lot of makeup on and a wig... it could work.
If not that, perhaps a pin-up girl
