  • I use Win+D to show my desktop a lot.
  • I'm starting to use the new Windows 7 shortcuts more, Win+Up to maximize particularly.
  • Also when I need two windows side by side then the new Win+[Left/Right] is handy.
  • I use Win+R very often, whenever I need to launch notepad, charmap, mspaint, dxdiag etc.
  • And one neat trick I learned a couple of months back is navigating to a folder, hold shift and right-click in the folder and select "Open command window here" to pop up a cmd in that folder.

Win+M to minimize.
Win+E for Windows Explorer

Also, any computer I'm on, I change the Notepad shortcut under Accessories so it has a keyboard shortcut: Ctrl-Alt-N. Great when I have to jot something down real quick.
