In about an hour I'm going to be eating p&j sandwiches. The peanut butter expired about four years ago, the jelly expired two years ago and the bread expired two weeks ago but shows no sign of mold. The peanut butter is rock hard though and the oil has completely separated from the peanut butter so it's hard to spread. I ate some of these last week and I didn't die, so I should be okay.
