I haven't had a mead with that little ABV, how is it? Looks slightly carbonated.
I really like it. Since there isn't a strong alcohol taste it doesn't need to be excessively sweet, and it is carbonated some. Its overall impression is more along the lines of a cider than a wine, which I really appreciate since I haven't (yet) found a wine that I care for.

West Cork Black Reserve Irish whiskey, neat. This is the second product I've had from them, with the other being their standard offering. They're good, but a bit lacking imo. They're relatively new, and worth keeping an eye on. They have the potential for greatness, but aren't quite there yet. Still better than Jameson, but that's a low bar.

Platform Beer Co. Paranormal Hoptivity. A West Coast Style IPA. I think its reserved for a WCSIPA, not very juicy or cloudy as you would expect. Not a bad IPA but a pretty curshable drink at only 6.7%

Marie Duffau - Bas Armagnac Napoleon and Taylor Fladgate 20 year tawny port. Been looking for a jul gift for the boss, and I'm trying different possibilities. The armagnac's kind of meh, but I'm liking the port more and more with each glass. This will be the gift I think, and I'm gonna add port to my winter mix along with mead.
