Alot of whiskey with 7-up soda every 3 cups. Also find that it's easier to drink and not feel completely wasted/sick if i drink water in between each glass i make. Should try it, increase your tolerance and last longer :).

Say girl, what method did you use?

Pretty much just this method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezl86wcs_gU

I let mine sit for only about 12 hours or so because I think my grind was not coarse enough. Next batch I will do a coarser grind and let it brew for longer. Still, it is incredibly delicious. So smooth and absolutely no bitterness.

This is the coffee I used:

Highly recommended!

Did she ignore the part about how light drinking lowers risk of heart disease? :)

I've also lost 50lbs over the last 16 weeks eating only whole plant foods +B12 and D.

The heart disease benefits of drinking are already built in to such a diet; and so there's no marginal benefit, only the whole "alcohol turns your saliva into poison" problem :(.

Is that a paper plate?D:

Haha, yes, it is a paper plate. We have already gotten rid of most of our old dinnerware but still haven't selected a replacement set. I'm sure I can find a regular plate if it makes you feel more comfortable :)

If I lost 50 lbs I'd be 95 lbs. A little too thin I think :D

And don't you pray and wish every day you could go back to it...

Fuck I know I did... but I had a winner so I had to bag her quick. Sadly it comes at the cost of joyful and early adult years :(

I dunno. Proper glassware is important for beer and wine but I think that fried rice would have tasted the same either way :D

Im drinking chocolate Milk :)

Having coffee now; Wegmans brand "traditional", which is a light flavored coffee similar to 'donut shop' type flavor, but I'll probably make a big glass of ovaltine chocolate malt later. I have some milk on the verge of going off, and I want to get rid of as much of it as possible. Threw out a whole loaf of premium rye bread today cause it got moldy. Pissed me off. I hate wasting food like that.

Had a grapefruit shandy the other day. Pretty tasty imo :)

Also had a Deschutes obsidian stout and Duvel recently, both of which are always good.

Drinking this now:
