What are you AVOIDING *right now*?!

I think I am avoiding the reality of having to actually live my life. It's time to focus and get back down to business.

i was glued to the tv set all weekend.
it certainly did not have a positive effect on me.
i "medicated" myself...thru-out the weekend..
even when i rest, all this world conflict is heavy on my mind.

He he he. Sounds like a good start. Myself, I've started to moderate my intake of the war coverage on TV. After a while, it really starts to repeat itself. Plus, I'm sick of seeing former "has-beens" retired military officers try to give their input on the war. I wonder how much the networks are paying these guys?

Yeah, it's getting heavier, though and has potential to get really heavy, imo.
Just burned out on it, though, for now, I need a break. Of course, if I lived in Baghdad, I wouldn't have the luxury of just 'forgetting' it for a few days to focus on the rest of my life....
