For me it's my DVDs...

-Always in alphabetical order on the shelf
-Whenever possible, the inserts inside must show the chapter list when the case is open
-No specs of dust or scratches on a disc

I'm also pretty anal about my teeth nowadays. They are ridiculously clean.

Anything LOTR.

My money. If someone owes me money, I don't let them forget about for a millesecond :Q I also can't sleep if a bill isn't paid, or I might not be able to pay my credit card in full, etc.

I like for my stuff to be organized and taken care of ( like u would assume most people do) but nah my little brother and his friends wreck havoc on all my stuff and when i lend my brother a cd ill often find it laying on the floor or covered in dust on a desk or something.

what is currently bothering me though is that all my "friends" are being completely gay and it is really aggravating me [/mini-rant that is really ticking me off!]

when people don't wave after you break traffic to let them in. And when people don't signal when changing lanes/direction. And underage drinking. Nothing bothers me more than seeing kids my age getting plastered.

Aren't you 19? I am 19 too...well 20 in about a week...and drinking is legal here when you're 19 :p Are you mad at me when I get plastered, since it's legal? ;)

Careful you don't brush too hard, you can damage your gums that way.

I'm anal about a lot of things, lol.

I'm anal about my books. First, I hate borrowing books (either from friends or the Library<sp?>). I always buy the books I read. Second, I take emaculate care of my books (I handle my softbacks in such a way that the spines barely/don't crease).

I'm also anal 'bout where things go in my pants pockets (keys in front right, change/lighter front left, wallet back right, misc in back left, pocket watch in small 5th pocket "above" the front right pocket).

I'm anal about just about everything, but if i had to pick one thing, it'd be my docklines. Don't mess with my lines. I've come close to throwing one of the guys i work with in the water for screwing them up. That and the locks at work, oh and bad movie physics and .....

Nah I got one of those pricey Sonicare brushes, and it's soft bristles :)

I am the same with my books as well as DVDs. I NEVER rent DVDs and they must be in pristine condition...same thing with my books. Library? what is that?!

Nothing that I can think of...

perhaps the only thing is trying to explain to my friends (who think they know a lot about computers but in fact dont know anything) various things.

The other night a friend told me he wants to buy an IBM PC. I tried to explain that IBM is sh!t but he wouldnt listen. Then I told him I'd beat him up if he brough IBM. He's gonna buy whitebox now :)

Do you see those IBM commercials on TV? The ones with the crappy computer voices singing to some REALLY crappy techno? It sings about "faster surfing, harder working, don't buy a clone."....what the hell has become of IBM. I cringe every time I see that piece of crap.

I am a pretty intolerant person.

1) Always use proper grammar!
1b) If I correct you, be grateful. :D
2) When you are typing a document, don't use hard breaks!! Let the text flow!
3) Don't leave "hanging" spaces, tabs, or lines at the end of your text! It wastes bytes and sometimes screws up document formatting.
4) If you cannot express a genuine emotion towards me, don't express anything. The last thing I want is a fake smile that turns back into a scowl after you walk past me or a cheery "How are you?!?" that does not expect any response.
5) Use meaningful variables in your source code. I had someone on my high school final project programming team who loved variables like "blazzo" and "blazzazzo". Although I give him credit for creativity with these names, I want to have a general idea of what the variable is used for without scanning the whole function!
6) If you start an online conversation with me, don't expect me to maintain it. While I bend this rule for girls that I like, if you start a conversation with me, you lead.

This list is incomplete and is in no particular order.

Do you coil your docklines clockwise or counterclockwise?

I can be an extremely anal person about a lot of things. Ask my roommate. Anything relating to my computer better be put back exactly as was found (this includes moving Winamp or AIM around on the screen, as well as the position of my keyboard and mouse on the desk). Anything relating to my Gamecube, again, exactly as was found. My DVDs are also one of the things I'm most anal about. The stupid New Line Cinema cases set the depth standard for my shelf. They're wider than the rest of my cases, so they get pushed all the way to the back of the shelf and then I line the rest of my DVDs lined up on the front side, so there aren't ridges formed by the New Line cases sticking out further. If I see one of the regular cases pushed back further than a New Line case, I go completely nuts. People who are in my room a lot know better than to even touch my DVDs unless they ask permission.

That's just the tip of the iceberg. Chewing with your mouth open, making excess noise while I'm trying to sleep or study, etc. all bother me, too. I'm just an irritable person, I guess.

Yup...forgot to add that one to my list too. And people who have poor spelling tend to "cheese" me off.

I HATE database errors (as when someone did not properly design the tables or did not check the content for OBVIOUS errors or ommissions). I cannot rest if I am working on a messy database. Nothing can be perfect, but at least try!

I absolutely hate it when the morning shift at work leaves all their papers and ink from the stamp pad all over the desks at work when I come in. They also eat chicken, beef, pizza, etc when theyre working so I sometimes have to wipe down the damn keyboards and mice too. :disgust:
