Training. My back is not 100% but as well as it can be and it will likely be. I'm training 10x a week. Mon to Friday lunchtimes for an hr and Mon, Wed (evenings) and Sat (afternoons) I Olympic lift, Tuesday and Thursdays (evenings) I hurdle. Loving all this training. I just feel f0cking amazing that I can train a lot. Nine months of being injured was crushing and just sad. I use to train 3-5x a week before, but now I have stepped my game up and my new job has allowed me to train in my lunch hr. It's cool that I have gotten 3 guy to train during lunchtimes also. I'm coaching them how to Olympic lift and they are going to join my Olympic club to boot
I've also been reading up a lot about higher end DSLRs because having only hobbies that are physical is bad when your injured. I figure I can at least take nice photos of competitions and just pictures if I ever am injured like that again

. Looking forward to next years moutaineering expedition with the 2 guys from work also.
