As the Administration has not found any evidence of 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' (yet)
there seems to be a shift in the logic to 'There were programs', or there were some 'Plans',
and now the mention of what are deemed to be 'Unconventional Weapons'
What constitutes an 'Unconventional Weapon' ? The term in itself eliminates conventional equipment,
does not inclule any combination that would be a 'Weapom of Mass Destruction' such as Nukes or Chemicals,
so what is left ? I think a 'Dirty Bomb- Radiological Contamination weapon meets the criteria, but what else ?
David Kay is pretty much non-specific and evasive on what he says, but he says they've found nothing,'
and needs 6 to 9 more months and Millions more to find what we in the past claimed we knew
'Exactly what they have and exactly where it is" (according to Powell)
The news article from Reuters
From the first paragraph:
President Bush on Friday defended his decision to attack Iraq, brushing off doubts from Americans and citing what he said was preliminary evidence from the top CIA weapons hunter that Baghdad had been developing unconventional weapons.
