What are those rounds chairs called that have a wicker(sp?) base?

Papasan chairs are what you're referring to. Cushions are $49 at Pier 1. I'm not sure of the cost on the frame.

Yep. They have them at Pier 1 Imports here in Jersey. You get the chair (wicker part) and cusion for $99
