What are those hard plastic bands called that people use to bundle cords together?

And does anyone know where I can find some cheap? I'm talking about the ones used inside a computer to keep cords/cables from going everywhere...
 
They are also sometimes called zip ties. They do have reusable velcro straps that work well for computer cables. I kinda prefer these as I am alway sscrewing around wiht my computer and changing the layout. Those are available at most computer places like Best Buy.
