What are those asian tour buses with drawers to sleep in called?

Before I saw one in person at Yellowstone I thought they were an urban legend. But there was actually a bus that had the front half as regular seating, and the back half was drawers to sleep in. I'm serious. They pulled out of the side of the bus and were maybe 3' wide and 2' tall.

A sleeper bus?

The craziest one I rode on was one where the seats themselves converted into bunks, the seat back would hinge up to form the top bunk and there would be another piece that came out from under the seat to form the bottom bunk.

It is a sleeper bus, but I thought maybe it had a more specific name because of the drawers. I searched everything I could think of on Google to no success.
