What are these screws and bolts for?

Hi - recently we purchased two new Dell switches. They arrived today - and I noticed some strange screws in the bag which I'm not exactly sure of the purpose for: screws

I'm guessing the screws closest to the camera are for rackmount stuff, due to the tips not being threaded. But what are the wierd bolt things and the screws with the washers for? The screws with the washers screw into the bolts, while the other screws have a different thread size.

By the way - we plan on mounting these switches against a wall, if that matters.

They are nuts for the rack. They clip onto racks since some racks dont have threads for the screws to screw into.
