What are these called &

ok I need to know what these things are called and where I can grab them, they are used to protect prints that have been mounted, and are basically a hard plastic sleeve with an opening on each end that can be taped shut, ive seen prints for sale in them but cant find them to put my own in, they are like 3-ring binder sleeves but much harder and without the ring holes, they hold 11x14 sized matts

thanks but thoes are bags, not nearly hard enough, the ones im talking about are REALLY hard like 1/8th of an inch thick and would have to be cut with a a cutter or scissors
