Mainly jaywalking, going the wrong way on a one way street on my bicycle (not sure about this one) and littering.

You cant "steal" wireless. An unsecured wireless network is just that...
Me: I jay walk daily.
I disagree. Even if it is 100% unsecured probably the person(s) on the other would not agree to your using it and the only reason it's unsecured is because they hadn't anticipated anyone else using it or they didn't know how to set up a secure network in the first place. I leave my car doors unlocked. That does not mean I want people getting into my car and taking things.
Oh christ, take your irrelevant examples else where. Would you lock your car if you *knew* people were getting into it? Stupid is as stupid does i suppose...
You don't like my example but you follow it up with one? If I knew people were going to get into my car I would meet them at the car and deal with them. A logical, thinking person can both commit a crime and admit it's wrong. People devoid of character must convince everyone they did not commit a crime.
I used your example because its clear that your logical skills are flawed. I wanted to make sure that i didnt loose you with a relevant example. Note that, I didnt include your "taking things" because it is completely irrelevant. What things are you "taking" if you use an unsecured wireless network?
To clarify your irrelevant example: So, if you knew that people were getting in your car at random times (not sure when, ever) and just sitting, not "taking stuff." Would you then lock your car? I hope that is not beyond your limited logic skills. But, stupid is as stupid does i suppose...

If you're getting into my car just to loiter, yes I will deal with you. If you are poor and hungry I may invite you into my home for a meal but If you're doing it just because you don't want to pay for a car of your own you are asking for trouble. Some laws are more than just to prevent people from stealing. There are also things known as property rights.
The entire world does not have the right to play in my yard. Just because they may not be damaging anything does not mean they are not committing a crime by being there against my will.
I wonder if your big intelligent mind can grasp these complex ideas?

he took it and crumpled it up and tossed it on the floor right in front of him and walked away
