What do you want to do? You're not ganna go to UCD for business and you're not ganna go to USC for agriculture. All UC schools are all at least above average no matter how much people want to hate on them. There's a reason why so many people come from out of state to go to one of the UC schools. There's of course the more prestigious schools as well.

Cal Poly is a good school for what you want as well. UC Irvine has a good business school from what I understand.
